Performance Expectations

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions
• Reconcile food and beverage transactions from Micros reports
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts
• Coordinate guest requests courteously and efficiently
• Check guests in and out as needed
• Communicate with departments to coordinate guest room information
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security threats appropriately
• Report repair needs
• Follow safety procedures
