Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a Night Auditor for Postcard Cabins in Wild Rose, WI. This part-time overnight role (11 PM–7 AM) combines front-desk duties with nightly audit responsibilities. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, respond to requests, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior experience with major hotel brands, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle guest interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
• Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local requirements.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences in the system and process guest requests.
• Check guests out and resolve any late or disputed charges.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with management on outstanding guest requests or issues.
• May book reservations for individuals or groups and handle cancellations or updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned including tours or concierge tasks.
