Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and record charges per policy.
• Guest Assistance: Address questions and provide knowledge of hotel and local attractions.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: Complete audit checklist, manage cash logs and logs; review prior shift logs.
• Cleaning & Laundry: Perform light cleaning duties and keep areas tidy.
• Safety & Security: Follow safety protocols; inspect property and secure doors.
• Learning & Growth: Take on extra responsibilities and be on-call as needed.
