Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, close the books, and reset the system for the next day’s operations while handling Guest Service Agent duties.

Responsibilities include auditing cashiers, reconciling accounts, updating the BRAINS network, preparing daily reports, checking guests in/out, responding to inquiries, and helping maintain overall guest satisfaction; some weekend/holiday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Night audit or accounting experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer skills and basic arithmetic required; FSD training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and handle guest inquiries.
