Job summary

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Balance the day’s work and complete the End of Day process.
• Run reports as required for Food and Beverage audits.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation and handle overnight guest requests from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
