Job summary

The Artisan Hotel - Salem, operated by Stonebridge Companies, is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly financial closing, reports, and front desk duties during the overnight hours. Responsibilities include completing the End of Day process, balancing cash, and ensuring accurate postings with guest service excellence.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; hotel experience is preferred, and Bartender's school or related coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bartender's school or course is a plus.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Balance the day’s work and maintain cashiering responsibilities.
• Prepare and run end-of-shift reports and audits.
• Handle guest requests during night hours (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation.
