As our next Night Auditor, you will:

• Be the ‘face of Novotel Cambridge North’, welcoming guests warmly and prioritizing their well-being.
• Be trained in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Update guest details, manage mail, messages, parcels, and liaise with housekeeping.
• Ensure accurate account postings, cashiering, and security procedures.
• Complete audit tasks, handle calls, and assist with guest requests.
• Pass on shift information and report any issues to the Night Manager.
• Follow grooming, safety, and conduct standards as per hotel policies.
• Perform night security rounds and ensure property safety.

Additional responsibilities include guest valet parking, handling complaints promptly, participating in meetings, and supporting the safety and security of the hotel.

Talent & Culture Responsibilities

• Assist management in training, onboarding, and communication within the team.

Health & Safety

• Report hazards, participate in safety training, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Maintain hygiene standards and participate in emergency procedures.
• Ensure security of guests and property through regular rounds and safety checks.

Security, Room Service, Systems & Procedures, Customer Relations, and other duties are also part of the role, emphasizing safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
