Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. We are a hospitality-focused company with a strong emphasis on service culture and career growth.

The role includes auditing daily ledgers, posting room rates and taxes, and ensuring accurate charges while providing exceptional guest service. The position requires at least 1 year in accounting or as a Night Auditor, familiarity with PMS, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Check guests in and out and handle reservations.
• Perform front desk duties as needed.
• Maintain front desk area for the morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security system.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
