Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a Night Auditor to join our service‑oriented team at Bluemont Hotel-21324. You will audit the daily guest ledger, post room rates and taxes, and ensure accuracy of charges on guest folios while delivering friendly service during night shifts.

This part-time role requires at least 1 year in accounting or a night-auditor position, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma/GED.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to multi-task

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Team player

Ability to exceed expectations of guests

Basic accounting/math skills
