Nationally: $13.20 - $15.10

*Rate depends upon state/market and experience*

What will you be doing most days?

• Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standards
• Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members; be present at the desk during all hours
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed per company policies
• Maintain control over keys, safe deposits, and all property
• Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize pricing
• Complete all required documentation promptly
• Quote daily rates accurately and issue credits as needed
• Support guest satisfaction through various duties

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in property management systems
• Ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations
• Experience in cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to pass brand certification tests
• Experience with data entry and computer use
• Teamwork and customer-focused attitude
• Approachable communication skills
