Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure these are implemented on property.
• Proficient in various computer software applications, property management, and reservation systems.
• Translate goals into actionable objectives related to guest tracking and productivity.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of hotel guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related management experience.

Work Hours: Varies based on hotel needs, including weekends and holidays.
