Job summary

Legacy Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor to manage overnight financial transactions, balance systems, and ensure a seamless guest experience in Seattle. You will support check-ins/outs during night hours and resolve billing discrepancies with professionalism.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, with 2+ years in hotel front desk roles and familiarity with hotel management systems.

Qualifications

  • Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
  • At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures.
  • Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift.

What You Will Do

As a Night Auditor you will:

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire. Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is an active role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Use computers and office equipment for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift, carry or move items such as supplies or luggage
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts
