• - Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit reports
• - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service
• - Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
• - Maintain security and safety protocols within the hotel premises during the night shift
• - Ensure all front desk operations are completed accurately and efficiently
• - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues
