National pay range: $13.20 - $15.10

OTO Development is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor.

• Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members; be present at the desk during all hours.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are processed according to company policies.
• Maintain control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property.
• Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize rates.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Quote daily rates accurately and process credits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.

Requirements for this position:

• Proficiency in applicable property management systems.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Experience in accurate cash handling, credit card processing, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to pass certification tests to meet brand standards.
• Experience with computers, especially data entry.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused attitude, prioritizing guest needs.
• Approachable and effective communicator with guests and team members.

Physical requirements:

This role may be physically demanding. Must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
