Job summary

Everhome Suites Salem is seeking a Night Auditor who will be the first point of contact and first impression for guests, juggling guest needs with accuracy and hospitality. You will handle reservations, prepare nightly financial and operational reports, and support various departments to reflect our property’s vision and values.

This role requires basic skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet tools, the ability to multitask, and the physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 25

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Job description

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.

Qualifications

Compensation
