InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to join the overnight team from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Sunday.

You will ensure accurate accounting across departments, balance cash, post transactions, and provide clear operational data to management. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with hotel systems, excellent communication, and a willingness to assist guests with luggage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting background is a plus.
• Strong numerical and detail orientation.
• Comfort with hotel systems and software.
• Excellent communication, both over the phone and in person.
• Able to assist with guest luggage up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on transactions across multiple departments.
• Audit front desk, food & beverage outlets, and reset registers for accuracy.
• Provide insightful performance data to room management and maintain meticulous records.
• Perform the night audit final to ensure all revenue streams are balanced.
• Attend to guest needs with a friendly, professional demeanor during overnight shifts.

Who You Are

You have a knack for numbers and a passion for detail. A high school diploma or equivalent experience has prepared you for this role, and while an Accounting background is a plus, it's your keen eye for detail that sets you apart. You're comfortable with technology, from general office equipment to specialized hotel systems and software. Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you're engaging over the phone or face-to-face. And yes, you're ready and able to assist with guest luggage when needed, handling up to 50 pounds.
