Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Littleton, CO is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The role focuses on nightly accounting duties, guest ledger audits, and front desk support to ensure accurate billing and smooth overnight operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, familiarity with PMS, and strong multitasking and communication skills. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within our expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with PMS systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Perform end-of-day accounting functions including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Maintain lobby and support front desk preparations for morning shift.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end‑of‑day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to multi‑task

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Team player

Ability to exceed expectations of guests

Basic accounting/math skills
