Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. You will perform night audits, assist guests with late check-ins, queries and early check-outs, and complete end-of-day procedures with health and safety checks.

The role requires calmness under pressure, vigilance to keep guests and property safe, and flexibility to adapt shifts. We offer apprenticeships, staff discounts, meals on duty, and other benefits across our UK hotels.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audits and health and safety checks.

• Prepare the hotel for the day ahead and maintain front office operations.

£13.21 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Night Owls wanted!

Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check in, queries and early check outs.

You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required. The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
