Job summary

White Barn Inn, Auberge Collection in Kennebunk, Maine is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard financial integrity during the night shift. You will ensure accurate accounting, maintain meticulous records, and support seamless day transitions for guests.

You will handle check-ins/outs overnight, generate daily financial reports, assist guests with late arrivals or early departures, and monitor security. The role requires attention to detail and prior experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Night Auditor, or similar role
  • Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in-room charges, payments, and guest information.
  • Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
  • Assist guests during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for late-night arrivals or early departures.
  • Monitor security and safety systems, address any issues or concerns that may arise during the night, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
