Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Shores Resort and Spa in Florida. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and information while maintaining accuracy, guest satisfaction, and nightly reports.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays. Excellent computer skills and a friendly, proactive demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate records and proper credit handling.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area to guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports and ensure night audit procedures are followed.

The Shores Resort and Spa boasts 212 guest rooms, and 20,000 sq ft of event space.What you will have an opportunity to do:We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.If you are a detail-oriented person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you!
