Job summary

Avid Fort Stockton is seeking a Revenue Auditor to ensure revenue is posted to correct departments and to balance all revenue streams daily. The role requires attention to cash handling, auditing procedures, and accurate reporting.

You will support front office operations, act as a night manager, PBX operator during audits, and participate in training and meetings. Strong math, computer, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to balance cash receipts and perform audits daily.
• Strong verbal and written communication of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company on a daily basis.
• Verify the status of wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling.
• Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift; make deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the A shift and reset day's business.
• Act as Guest Service representative and manager on duty during nighttime hours.
• Act as PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Attend and participate in all front office meetings.
• Participate in training and cross-training programs.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.

2. Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.

3. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash.

4. Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.

5. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttime hours.

6. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift.

7. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.

8. Participate in all training and cross training programs.

9. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

10. Other duties as assigned.
