Job summary

Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, FL is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift who balances daily revenue, handles guest inquiries, and ensures accurate front desk operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Applicants must have overnight hospitality experience and be able to work 11pm–7am. The role offers part-time hours, paid time off, and access to hotel-wide benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2+ years in hospitality front desk or related role preferred.
  • Opera PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, banquet revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts for accuracy.
  • Interact with guests by providing exceptional customer service and sharing hotel knowledge.
  • Process mobile arrivals and handle check-ins in remote areas according to guidelines.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues following empowerment guidelines.
  • Promote hotel loyalty programs and assist with enrollments.
