Job description

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact and the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay with professionalism. This role involves multitasking and performing various duties that reflect our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

1. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
2. Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
3. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by collaborating with the appropriate departments.
4. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments to ensure a positive first impression.
5. Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required; we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
3. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
4. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Compensation

$14 - $15 hourly
