Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Rochester, NY is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. This part-time role supports front desk operations, handles nightly audits and guest folio accuracy.

You will work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, with opportunities to learn PMS and advance within our growing hospitality portfolio. Our benefits package includes daily pay, health options, retirement plan and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Org front desk operations and checks in/out guests and handles reservations.
• Monitors safety and keeps lobby area presentable.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end‑of‑day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to multi‑task

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Team player

Ability to exceed expectations of guests

Basic accounting/math skills
