Ideal Candidate:

It is important for the auditor to have accounting and computer skills because the audit will involve the hotel's financial activity for the day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor
• Ensure positive and memorable interactions with guests during check-in and check-out, and respond to their requests
• Obtain or confirm guest information, assign rooms, activate and distribute keys
• Collect payment for room charges and other fees
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Check and send emails
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings
• Access reservation system to determine unit availability and assist with reservations or changes
• Communicate with housekeeping, room service, and security staff as necessary
• Resolve guest complaints and problems calmly and effectively
• Report unresolved issues to management

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in cash handling and data entry
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
