Concord Hospitality Brand in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver overnight service while managing financial processes and supporting front desk operations.

You will audit daily transactions, verify room status, and complete nightly reports while assisting guests with check-in/out and local information. This position requires flexibility for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
