Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly audit: supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments
• Lead day-to-day team operations: create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback
• Post and reconcile transactions: ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day's financial reports and credit card systems
• Monitor cashier accuracy: review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data
• Support overnight operations: partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed
