• Master the Night: Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges, prepare daily revenue reports, ensure flawless financial operations.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, reset for the next day to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy.
• Champion Guest Happiness: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Be the Overnight Hero: Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Drive Excellence: Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property.
