Summary:

Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the Night Audit team, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth overnight operations.
2. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet guest service needs while maintaining labor model compliance.
3. Act as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, collaborating with Security and other associates to ensure a calm and orderly hotel environment.
4. Prepare and distribute critical financial reports, including gross revenue and over/short reports, ensuring all revenue figures balance.
5. Train, mentor, and cross-train associates to maintain a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive guest experience.

What You’ll Bring
