The Night Manager manages the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring all daily reports are generated and reviewed, as well as batching all credit card transactions. This position is responsible for operational decisions, customer service, and managing employees across different departments during the shift.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the hotel industry.
• Previous front desk supervisory responsibilities required.
• Previous hotel night audit experience preferred.
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems such as OPERA and Micros preferred.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up.
• Work well under pressure, handling many arrivals, departures, guest issues, and requests.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and welcomingly.
• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and 3rd shift with minimal supervision.
