Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in a full-time, year-round role. You will oversee overnight operations, assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, and perform nightly audit procedures to balance accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during overnight hours.

Are you someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and creating positive guest experiences? Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

In this full-time, year-round role, you will help ensure the smooth overnight operation of the hotel while providing exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, handle overnight reporting and balancing procedures, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment throughout the property. Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

Shifts: Overnight shifts required; schedule may include weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing reports, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily financial reports
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate guest billing and payment records
• Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the overnight shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams regarding overnight updates and guest needs
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations as needed
• Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Previous night audit or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset

Performance Measurement:

Success in this role will be measured by accuracy of nightly reporting, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, adherence to Hilton brand standards, and contribution to a safe and welcoming overnight guest experience.
