Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize job functions to meet deadlines.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels.

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor reconciles all hotel cashier transactions and prepares management reports.
• Ensures accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Communicates concerns to management and performs guest service duties as required.
• Handles check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
• Audits and reconciles financial and statistical reports; prepares daily, weekly and month-end reports.
