Job summary

The Hôtel Lili, part of Palisociety, seeks a Night Audit Agent to keep operations running after hours at its Beverly Hills boutique hotel. You will welcome late-night arrivals, close the day’s books, and ensure a smooth start for the morning shift.

You’ll handle check-ins/outs, balance folios, input transactions into Opera, and coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering. The role rewards meticulous hospitality, independence overnight, and opportunities to grow with Palisociety’s

Qualifications

• 1-year related front desk or night audit experience.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and accounting reports.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Able to work independently overnight.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests, handle billing and folios.
• Answer calls and emails, resolve guest requests.
• Input guest data and payments in Opera.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Balance daily front desk tasks and close out the day’s business.
• Run accounts receivable and next-day reports.
• Document safety incidents and propose prevention steps.
• Escalate significant guest complaints to management.
