Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Night Clerk in Baton Rouge. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, and perform nightly accounting while supporting housekeeping needs as a nighttime runner.

The role requires attention to financial records, accuracy in postings, and maintaining guest service standards. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, knowing hotel features and rates, balancing daily activity, and operating the PMS/POS systems securely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a hotel or similar role.
• Ability to work the overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and operations.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Process currency exchange and guest payments.
• Operate PMS and secure the system.
• Record room statistics and balance daily accounts.

Education

High School Graduate or GED

One year previous hotel experience

Overnight shift availability 11pm-7am
