Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back up front office computer system and night audit programs as needed.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related software when required.
• Follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operations, and guest directions.
