MHG Hotels LLC is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth nightly operations at our Palm Beach area property. You will greet guests, verify IDs, process check-ins/check-outs, and handle payments with precision while delivering a warm, guest-focused experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-outs and adapt for changes; verify guest identity.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests.
• Secure payments, verify and adjust billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
• Process night audit and run daily reports; communicate with the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at shift end.
• Accept and record wake-up calls and deliver to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards.
• Keep contingency lists and communicate necessary messages; protect company assets.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and keep doors locked at night.
• Clean and organize the front desk, lobby, and market area when hotel is quiet.

As Night Audit, you will:

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-outs and adapt for any changes, verify guest identity

• Process night audit
• Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff
• Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely
• Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department
• Maintain confidentiality of all guests, proprietary information
• Communicate any emergency, lost item, or theft to proper staff and/or authorities
• Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards
• Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate and necessary messages
• Protect company assets
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations
• Keep doors locked during the night.
• Clean and organize the front desk, lobby, and market area when the hotel is quiet.

Minimum Requirements:

The Night Audit role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (i.e., small print). Grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance.
