Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Night Audit/Revenue Clerk for our Scottsdale, AZ property. This role involves preparing daily restaurant revenue reports, auditing POS tapes, and balancing accounts for the night shift.

You will run front office audits (Lightspeed POS), input revenue and expenses, and generate daily summaries. The position supports late check-ins and requires reliable, accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest/customer experience.
• Availability for 11pm–7am and 3pm–11pm shifts.
• Previous financial experience a plus; advanced computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, payouts, and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS, and the computer.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset the system for next day operations.
• Assist late arriving guests with check-in in a friendly and timely manner.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

What will I be doing?

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service, and the computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Assist late arriving guests with check-in process, in a friendly and timely manner.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 6 months of previous, face-to-face guest/customer experience

Additional Qualifications
