Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Night Auditor to uphold financial controls and hotel standards during overnight shifts. You will work with Security and Housekeeping to ensure quality service for all guests.

The role requires basic math with 10-key, accurate data entry into the front office system, and strong verbal and written communication to resolve guest concerns and finalize daily reports.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office, POS, and computer systems.
• Make corrections/adjustments and troubleshoot any computer problems during the shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
