ValorHospitality in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a detail-oriented Night Auditor to perform close of day for Guest Services and accounting. You will audit, balance, and post cash and credit transactions from outlets and the front desk, reconcile tickets, and generate daily reports.

You must have a high school education or equivalent, 6–12 months in a related role, strong computer and cash-handling skills, and the ability to multitask while keeping guests informed.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent
• 6–12 months in related position or accounting/hospitality setting
• Accounting or hospitality experience a bonus
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively

Mansioni

• Audit, balance and report on all outlets' cash and credit operations
• Follow procedures to reconcile cashier's reports and post unresolved tickets
• Maintain and post daily balance of house accounts and run preliminary reconciliations
• Audit, balance and report on front desk charges and taxes
• Prepare statistics and income journals for daily reports
• Transmit nightly credit card batches and run night audit final
• Notify guests of messages and perform Guest Service tasks as needed
