The Hutton Hotel, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Night Auditor to support overnight operations and guest satisfaction in Nashville's West End.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and perform nightly audits while ensuring security and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of Night Auditor or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills and night-shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night.
• Ensure safety and security of hotel premises overnight.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs for a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
