Job summary

The Remi Scottsdale, located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale, seeks a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and financial reconciliation for a 161-room Autograph Collection property. This role requires attention to detail, guest service excellence, and the ability to manage late shifts with a calm, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of night audit experience and strong English communication skills; familiarity with Marriott systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience as a hotel night auditor is required.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Marriott brand, service, and systems knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during the night shift, including check-in/check-out and reviewing day shift payments.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents per cash handling policy.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Reconcile arrivals and departures while processing financial transactions to ensure payment is received.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Be well-versed in emergency procedures and act as manager on duty alongside overnight security.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• You will reconcile arrivals and departures while processing financial transactions to ensure payment is received.
• You will resolve guest concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• You will be well-versed in emergency procedures and act as the manager on duty alongside overnight security.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
