Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC (OHM) operates Embassy Suites Jonesboro. We are seeking a Night Audit for a part-time shift at Embassy Suites, Jonesboro, AR. This role supports overnight front desk operations and ensures accuracy of daily financials.

The candidate should have strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills, with 2+ years in hospitality customer service. Proficiency with PMS and MS Office is preferred, and high school education is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• PMS and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
• Greet guests warmly and comply with company policies.
