Job summary

The Burks Companies Inc is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to work the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The General Cleaner will undertake various cleaning tasks as per established schedules and procedures to ensure the facility meets standards. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, and while a high school diploma is preferred, it is not required. Previous cleaning experience is a plus. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $14.75 and $15.00.

The General Cleaner will help maintain custodial standards across areas including restrooms, break rooms, and entrances.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Completion of a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to listen to and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for periodic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
• Maintain walkways, restrooms, break room areas, windows, entrances, waste receptacles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures during work.
