Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a logistics-focused professional to maintain high service levels and efficient daily operations for client accounts. You will ensure timely shipments, accurate data entry, tracking, and proactive communication with customers and providers.

Responsibilities include billing accuracy, SOP and KPI adherence, cross-training, and representing Expeditors to stakeholders. Local candidates only, with a night shift schedule from 21:00 to 06:00.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient with MS Office and Lotus Notes.
• Typing 30 wpm and 10-key by touch.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement procedures.
• DG Certification required.
• Maintain compliance certifications for duties.
• Export Compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow.
• Enter data accurately in the operational system.
• Track and trace shipments.
• Communicate proactively with customers and providers.
• Ensure accurate client billing and resolve disputes.
• Adhere to SOPs and KPIs.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
• Complete cross-training for team coverage.
• Represent Expeditors to customers, providers, and government agencies.
• Identify efficiency improvements.
• Embrace technology to optimize work.
• Aim for 52 hours of annual training.
