Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch seeks an Administrator on Duty to oversee safety and security for the Residential Center for Healing & Resilience. You will manage campus operations on your shift and coordinate with program leadership during emergencies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff presence, ensuring schedule adherence, and documenting incidents with follow-up actions. This is a part-time night-shift role in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of required notifications and procedures in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, security and campus operations during the assigned shift.
• Serve as primary contact with program management in non-routine or emergency situations.
• Review scheduled staffing and ensure presence at posts and breaks.
• Ensure incident reports are completed and remedial actions identified.
