Qualifications

• Requires unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice.

• Arizona license wallet card required at hire.
• One year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes medication orders and evaluates completeness with patient data.
• Assesses regimens and makes recommendations for safety and efficacy.
• Documents care in EMR and other electronic databases.
• Supports professional development and onboarding of staff.
• Prepares and dispenses medications accurately, including sterile or non-sterile.
• Oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations and supervises staff.
