Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests per procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Maintain accurate activity reports and communicate observations and incidents.
