Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by following access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-driven manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Communicate incidents and policy violations to site personnel and leadership.
