Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the team in Oklahoma. You will provide direct patient care per physicians' orders and consult on therapy effectiveness while acting as a resource for colleagues and nursing staff.

This role emphasizes compassionate service, collaboration, and commitment to Mercy's healing ministry and patient-centered care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• RRT credential from NBRC; PALS if ER setting.
• ACLS preferred; critical care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Consult physicians on therapy effectiveness.
• Serve as an advanced resource for respiratory care staff and nursing.
• Perform duties as assigned.
