Job summary

Requirements include a CoARC-approved program, current RCP license, NBRC RRT credential, and PALS for ER; ACLS is preferred and the role involves significant physical demands.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license (RCP).
• NBRC RRT credential required.
• PALS certification required for ER staff.
• ACLS requested or preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders.
• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
